CÓRDOBA - (about 300.000 inhabitants), an Andalusian City undisturbed by tourists, is one of the oldest and most interesting cities in Spain. Declared “Heritage of Mankind” by the UNESCO, the city maintains a rich combination of ancient landmarks and modern parts. The historic quarter of Córdoba has remained unchanged since Moorish times. The world-famous Mezquita (Mosque), also “Heritage of Mankind”, is only a minutes' walk from our school.

AEEA - Andalusian Association of Spanish Schools for Foreigners oficially recognized. LARCOS is a full AEEA member, which guarantees a high standard of organisation, facilities and methodology.

CEELE - Quality Certificate in the Teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language - qualified by the University of Alcalá de Henares. LARCOS is the oldest and most experienced private Spanish school in Córdoba - established in 1993; we are the only school in town holding this certificate.

PERSONAL TUITION IN A NICE ATMOSPHERE - We are a “small” school, allowing a maximum number of 50 international students. Our teachers are well-qualified experts; only in small groups, tuition is always dynamic and interesting. Courses run year round on 6 different levels.

DIVERSE NUMBER OF COURSES TO CHOOSE FROM - A student can take a course any time of the year and choose from Intensive Group Courses, which can be combined with private classes, courses to prepare for D.E.L.E. exams, courses combined in Córdoba and Granada

VARIED EXTRACURRICULAR PROGRAMME - Fully included in the fees, we have both on and off school's premises: 3 guided city tours (old quarters, Mosque, taverns) during the 2 week course, weekly cultural activities (Spanish films, talks) plus a reception drink for new students. We also have at our students' disposal a small library, a collection of Flamenco CDs, a collection of Spanish films and free Internet access.

OUR EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY - The fee of a 4 week course is € 510,00 all-year round and only with small class sizes: Maximum 6, average of 4/5. If there is a student alone in a group course (e.g Intensive-course) we offer them 15 lessons of "one to one" for the cost of a group course.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION - All kinds of accommodation are carefully selected for an comfortable stay: shared flat with other students, homestay with a host family, hotel and apartment.

THE DEEP BLUE SKY - Here the sky is mainly blue, in winter and summer. The city is full of palm trees. Lemons and oranges bloom and grow along the streets. Andalusian charm in every corner!
